Reservation Request / Availability Inquiry
Thank
you for your interest in hosting your event at the William H. and Dorothy
Thompson Alumni Center. Use this secure form to request a room reservation or
to check space availability. We will respond to your request as soon as
possible at the preferred email address or phone number that you designate.
Your information will only be used in the reservation process; you will NOT be
added to any mailing or email lists.
Reserving
Space
If
you request a room reservation for a specific date, room and time, you will
receive a confirmation form in the mail or via email attachment. The form must
be signed and returned, with deposit if requested. No reservation is considered
official until a signed form is returned.
Checking
Availability
Reservations
are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Another party could book space
between your initial contact and subsequent communications. In the comment
section below you may request a Tentative Hold, which is valid for 1 week. If
the reservation is not made in writing and a non-refundable deposit paid (if
requested by Alumni Center), the tentative reservation will be cancelled and
the room will be made available to other clients.
