Who we are
The UNO Alumni Association in 2007 formed UNO Young
Alumni, a group for graduates under the age of 40.
The group's foundation was laid in May 2007 when nearly
40 young alumni leaders attended a dinner to discuss forming such a council.
It has met every month since to develop the YARG vision, mission, goals and
activities.
 Based
on records of the university's 80,000 living graduates, an estimated 45
percent are 40 years of age or younger. That includes nearly a third of all
graduates who are in their 30s.
